Lessons Learned About Narcissism

1-Your voice will not be heard.

"I hear you" was the words said by my ex for four years and nothing changed.

2-You will experience a heavy dose of gaslighting

3) Your relationship will not be reciprocal

4) Accountability is like a dirty word to them

5) Lack empathy

After I removed myself from that abusive environment, my ex said to me, "If you don't die before don't ever contact me again."  She did not know I had two more heart procedures.  Bringing the total to seventeen in twelve years
